On June 25, Luckin Coffee (Xiamen) Innovation Industrial Park held its groundbreaking ceremony. With a total investment of RMB 3 billion, the project is anticipated to achieve an annual roasting capacity of 55,000 tons and a maximum annual green coffee processing capacity of over 100,000 tons once completed, making it the largest single coffee roasting plant in China. The Innovation Industrial Park is located in Haicang District, Xiamen, covering an area of over 60,000 square meters. The Industrial Park will be equipped with world-class automated coffee roasting facilities, including a single machine that has the capacity to roast up to 4 tons of coffee beans per hour. The Industrial Park will also apply for both China's Three-Star Green Building Certification and the internationally recognized LEED BD+C Platinum Certification, with the objective of establishing a unique dual high-standard green factory within the food sector. Luckin Coffee (Xiamen) Innovation Industrial Park is set to establish a cutting-edge digital and intelligent coffee roasting production model that is poised to be a leader on a global scale. In the future, it will form a coordinated supply network with the Fujian Pingnan Roasting Base, Jiangsu Kunshan Roasting Base, and Shandong Qingdao Coffee Innovation Production Center. The total annual coffee roasting capacity will soar to 155,000 tons, thereby setting a new record for the largest roasting capacity in China's coffee industry.
